Qualifications
- From 1976 to 1981 Studies of Psychology, Ethnology and Pedagogic on the University of Vienna
- 1981 graduation in Psychology for Dr.phil.
- 2002 certification as health and clinical psychologist
- 2002 certification as traffic psychologist acc. § 20 FSG-GV (Austrian traffic law)
Professional activities
- 1982-1987 work at Austrian Road Safety Board as a traffic psychologist, with focus on research, diagnostics and traffic education
- Since 1988 working as a free lancer in the field of social science, concentrating on traffic, transport, and organisational psychology
- Information and training courses with young handicapped people (e.g. for better communication and practical help in different live-situations) with respect to road safety since 1988
- Since 1988 owner of the private consulting agency FACTUM together with Ralf Risser, with focus on management and organisational questions, and traffic safety research
- Since 1994 head of the Viennese department of INFAR (Institute for supporting the work of Driver Improvement, driver rehabilitation)
- Since 1996 member of the steering committee of the section "traffic psychology" within the Austrian association of psychologists (böp).
