Rights/favours of ICTCT ‘active’ and ‘honorary’ members:

  1. to be involved in the ICTCT mailing group;
  2. to present their CV on the ICTCT website;
  3. to vote at the General Assembly in any question;
  4. to become a member of the Steering Committee;
  5. to pay reduced registration fees at ICTCT-events as decided for each event.

 

Further Procedure

After receiving the filled in application for you are provisional member of ICTCT. The final confirmation of your membership has to be done by the next General Assembly Meeting. We kindly ask you also to send a one page CV of you (template can be downloaded here). The CV will be published on our homepage.

As soon as we receive your application from our cashier, Hector Monterde, will get in contact with you regarding the payment of the membership fee. Please note that the reduced workshop fee for the next workshop can only be applied if the membership fee has already been paid. In the very unlikely case that the General Assembly refuses you membership the membership fee will immediately be refunded.

Membership fees

  • The membership fees are as follows, according to the World Bank Categories (in Euro per year):

    Individual member 130,- 65,- 35,- 17,5,-
    Member organisation 590,- 295,- 150,- 75,-

    Student-members pay 50 % of the corresponding amounts; honorary members pay nothing as membership fee.

  • The Steering Committee can decide on membership fees for individual cases.
  • A newcomer has the right to pay the next year membership fee on the spot of a regular workshop, while (s)he can enjoy a reduction also on this year’s registration fee according to the point 3.
