-) Head of the Laboratory of Transit Engineering, Department of Transport Engineering and Logistic, DICTUC-Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. 1993-2003.
-) Profile: He has more than 15 years experience in developing studies and projects on different areas; mainly traffic field surveys, urban transport planning, urban road design, road impact analysis and road traffic safety. Additionally, he has pioneered in Chile the development and implementation of information technologies like weigh-in-motion and geographical information systems applied to the transport sector. In road traffic safety he has developed different studies, particularly, those related to road safety design, pedestrians and road safety audit. He holds different national technical committees for Norms and work groups on the improvement of road safety.
